Recently laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery, the pain and strength of mourning her in fl uence is present in the deep lyrics of A Lost Language Found, where Lukah traces not just his own legacy, but that of the linguistically rich and diverse dialects of his people. The cover image depicts the game room of the house, a place that once hosted civil rights leaders and revolutionaries, now a monument both to a history of leadership and to its future. For the fi rst time, Lukah himself appears on the album art to mark this signi fi cant occasion, fl anked by his partners, the symbolic source of knowledge in his hand.
