Description
The Danish-Swedish quartet MUSViT has made a name for itself both as a critically acclaimed live band and through its debut EP, which was nominated for no fewer than three Danish Music Awards. With a lineup consisting of drums, bass, tenor saxophone, and vocals, MUSViT draws inspiration from everything from free jazz to hip-hop, blending it into music that can at times erupt with powerful energy. With a distinctive sound and a playful yet purposeful artistic universe, there is room for almost anything in the band's music.
The band's debut album, Sukker, has received glowing reviews, including praise from Orkesterjournalen. Among the guest performers on the album is Sondre Moshagen, who contributes beautiful piano playing.
