Originally released in 2021, the album explores the industrial heritage of Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn through Gordon Chapman-Fox's evocative electronic compositions. Revisiting the record years later, he found renewed appreciation for its melodic ideas and unexpected creative turns.
The bonus disc includes two tracks previously available only digitally, alongside new versions of contemporaneous material, including a reworked 'Petrochemical' that has become a staple of Chapman-Fox's live sets.
Celebrating the factories, mines and chemical works that once defined the region, People & Industry reflects on a changing landscape with both affection and hindsight.
