Fly Away is the debut EP from TAVE—the GRAMMY nominated songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and music director whose sound bridges soulful R&B, acoustic intimacy and Caribbean-rooted spirit. Written and recorded between Los Angeles, New York, London, and Saint Lucia, Fly Away traces a journey of grounding, healing, and self-return. The project blends live instrumentation, warm analog textures, and emotional storytelling, featuring collaborations with Stacy Barthe, RunKus, Bibi Bourelly, India Shawn, Tia Gordon, Eric Bellinger, IDK, Musiq Soulchild, Kenyon Dixon, Mali Music, and Cory Henry.
What began as a personal retreat in Saint Lucia evolved into a full creative rebirth. The songs balance vulnerability and groove — meditative at times, bold at others, offering a modern yet timeless interpretation of Progressive R&B / Soul. Since its release, Fly Away has resonated deeply with listeners, growing organically through word-of-mouth and community rather than hype or algorithm.
